The tool starts with Remote Partners AI's practical operating band when support runs through our workflow and stack, then adjusts for delivery model, channel complexity, coverage pattern, and QA level. It keeps straightforward support near $6-$9/hr while modeling a separate premium when a larger BPO is also providing software or technical support. It assumes about 160 monthly productive hours per full-time agent.
